The Bon Nouvel eco and agri-tourism heritage site consists of four hiking trails namely; The Glace Trail, The Carib Trail, The Rain Forest Trail and The River-Ridge Trail on the historic Esperance Estate. The tour gives the visitor a myriad of experiences such as copra production using a Malay oven;  herb and medicinal garden, carib hut with cassava garden and cassava processing hut, flora, fauna and endemic birds such as the Saint Lucian Warbler, The Oriole and the Saint Lucian Black Finch. Each trail connects you to a magnificent view of Gros Piton from different angles.

Each tour comes with a complimentary bottle of water, a walking stick and fruit in season.

The overall duration of the tour ranges between 90 to 120 minutes.

At different seasons visitors will also be able to witness and participate in the making of cocoa sticks, harvesting of fruits and cocoa, planting of herbs and flowers, weaving of straw baskets and mats, preparation of local dishes such as farine and avocado, accras and other local activities.
